Reality: A Florida Senator established in a (Hemp Advisory Council) HAC’s Rules meeting that due to the passage of “10 20”, earlier this year, which did not link possession to the publishing of rules, hemp is legal in Florida.

Reality: Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers are the State of Florida’s licensed Cannabis sativa providers.

Reality: Cannabis sativa is found in many private homes across the Great State of Florida; and, has been for generations.

Reality: The Cannabis sativa growers in Florida produce just as satisfying a product as anyone.

Reality: Cannabis sativa is legal.

Now, what is the committee-made regulations going to resemble: alcohol, tobacco, fire arms, or tomatoes?
