Incumbent David Smith, Republican has a 2-LEAF rating. David Smith represents parts of Seminole Co. Pasha Baker and No Party Affiliate (NPA) Michael Riccio are also on the ballot. Of all the candidates, only Michael Riccio returned our calls. He is squarely supportive of medical access, but no Cannabis hero.

Legislative session fires up in Tallahassee on Tuesday, January 9th. There will be many flames to fan and blazes to put out! Florida Cannabis Action Network will keep boots on the ground throughout the session.
