Incumbent David Smith, Republican has a 2-LEAF rating. David Smith represents parts of Seminole Co. Pasha Baker and No Party Affiliate (NPA) Michael Riccio are also on the ballot. Of all the candidates, only Michael Riccio returned our calls. He is squarely supportive of medical access, but no Cannabis hero.
