Incumbent Jackie Toledo, Republican is a ZERO LEAF lawmaker. Her decision to zealously fight to exclude minors access to whole flower products made sense if you don’t understand the issue. Jackie followed the leader and we are opposing her in this race.
Just like the 1920's and voting rights, many Cannabis users/supporters are ready and willing to leave a multitude behind so they can avoid arrest or profiteer from the industry.
While Jim Boyd is the likely favorite in the primary, he was luke-warm on Cannabis while in the Florida House.
There is no good choice in this race.
