Florida Cannabis Action Network is governed according to our bylaws. Bylaws are changed periodically to reflect the needs of the organization. A review of the bylaws began prior to the 2019 annual meeting and continued throughout the year. The proposed bylaws were adopted at the 2020 annual meeting by active members. Our bylaws committee was led by Chair Eric Hall; Ethel Rowland, Immediate Past President; Bob O; David M; Jodi J; and Executive Director Josh James.
