The Florida Cannabis Action Network is governed by our bylaws. Bylaws are periodically updated to reflect the organization’s needs. A review of the bylaws began prior to the 2019 annual meeting and continued throughout the year. The proposed bylaws were adopted by active members at the 2020 annual meeting. Our bylaws committee was led by Chair Eric Hall; Ethel Rowland, Immediate Past President; Bob O; David M; Jodi J; and Executive Director Josh James.
Most recently, the bylaws were changed to increase our emphasis on member participation. A membership form was created, and definitions were adopted. The 2022-2024 bylaws changes were begun by Chair Eric Hall, approved at the 2022 annual meeting in Pensacola, and completed by the Secretary of the Board, Carla Ashburn.
