Voting is critical to changing Cannabis laws. It is the men and women we elect each year who will decide the future of reform. How fast we move, who gets access, who benefits in the industry are all decided by your vote.

You can use our search engine to find your House and Senate race or scroll through our posts to find your Senate and House District. We have a short blub on each post and more in-depth information on how we made our recommendations.

We are not evaluating the entire race. We are not evaluating the candidates for viability, fund-raising, overall platform, or their stand on other issues. We are interested in electing 160 men and women to the Florida Legislative who will systematically and thoughtfully create the best Cannabis program in the world.

One of our legislative goals is a full slate of pro-Cannabis candidates in 2022. We’ve identified races with great pro-Cannabis candidates with a hero.

If there is no one in your district who is pro-Cannabis, you will see our brand.

There are still too many races where no one answers our calls, takes the survey, or speaks publicly about Cannabis. If you know one of the candidates is pro-Cannabis, please let us know.
