As we head into 2026, our priorities are clear—protect state programs, expand patient access, ensure affordable medicine, and resist federal inconsistency that threatens small businesses and vulnerable communities.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence, we have concluded the Cannabis plant, the seeds thereof, and Cannabis products using Indigenous extraction methods should be fully decontrolled.
