Florida CAN congratulates Representative Jenne on his re-election unopposed. Rep. Jenne never told us he supports adult social use but he has earned a solid FOUR LEAVES during his time in the House. We are glad to have him back. As the leader of the Democrats in the House, we can expect great bills supporting expanded access to safe, legal Cannabis.
How we tax Cannabis won’t make a huge impact on the Florida state budget, but it will make an impact on consumers- specifically patients and those on a fixed income.
We'll stick with the incumbent in this panhandle race. Senator Broxson has voted on this issue for four years.
Florida is the 3rd largest cannabis market in the country, and that is WITHOUT recreational access to adults. Veterans, Snowbirds, and the Tourist population are widely in favor of full legalization to better assist with regulation.
