Incumbent Victor Torres, Democrat has earned his 5-LEAF rating. Over the past ten years, first as a member of the Florida House and for the last 4 years as a member of the Senate he has evolved into a Cannabis hero.

In this election, he is challenged by Republican Louis Minnis, Jr. and Mike James, NPA. Neither challenger returned our call, but a challenger can’t beat a proven ally.

Torres has been a friend to our issue. We’re sticking by him.
